Founded in 1973 as Boru Transport to provide services to its sister companies
under Borusan Holding, Borusan Lojistik was restructured in the year 2000 as an
integrated logistic service provider extending its coverage to non-Group
companies.The company is centered around two strategic business units: Third
Party Logistic Services and Port Management. Following the growth of operations
both in volume and in geographic scope, Borusan Lojistik founded Borusan
Logistics in late 2006 to extend logistics services to major
regional customers in specific sectors. With a series of subsidiaries including
Borusan Logistics International Pars JSCo in Iran, Borusan Logistics
International Gulf FZE in the United Arab Emirates, Borusan Logistics
International Algeria SPA in Algeria , Borusan Logistics International

Logistics Services as a growing regional power in Ukraine, Rumania, Russia,
