BOR GÜMRÜK GIVES SEMINAR TO ITS CUSTOMERS!
On Wednesday, August 25, Bor Gümrük gave a seminar entitled “Products Treated to Secondary Processing in the Internal Processing Regime” for its companies whose products benefit from the internal processing regime.
The “internal processing regime” is the importation of products used to obtain exported products exempt from import duties without being subject to foreign trade policy measures. Through the internal processing regime it is intended that imports are exported abroad as an export product as a result of the production activity. There are products that are treated with primary processing, as well as those treated secondary processing and production outputs deemed as turnover. The current situation and possible risks were highlighted in the light of the instructions of Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade on May 31, 2010 regarding products treated with secondary processes.
