About Occupational Health and Safety Week...
With the current industry and technology rapidly developing and new business fields opening up, if adequate measures are not taken then employees’ health and safety can be threatened. Since 1987, Occupational Health and Safety Week has been held between May 4-10 every year in order to publicize the importance of this issue.
With its Occupational Health and Safety Week events, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security aims primarily to protect the health of employees and to raise awareness in this regard.
