NEW APPOINTMENTS TO BORUSAN LOJİSTİK SENIOR MANAGEMENT!
Borusan Lojistik has appointed İbrahim Dölen to the position of Deputy General Manager of Port Operations and International Transport and Serdar Erçal to the role of Deputy General Manager of Logistics. Dölen and Erçal started in their new positions on August 1, 2011.
One of the leaders of the Turkish logistics industry, Borusan Lojistik has made an important appointment to its upper management. İbrahim Dölen, who served as Borusan Lojistik Deputy General Manager from 2002-2008 and has been working as Turkey Logistics Deputy General Manager since November 2008, will now take on the role of Deputy General Manager of Port Operations and International Transport. Meanwhile, Serdar Erçal, who worked in different departments of the company from 2003-2010 and has been acting Northern Area Group Manager since September 2010, will now be Deputy General Manager of Logistics. İbrahim Dölen and Serdar Erçal started in their new positions on August 1, 2011.
Born in 1967, İbrahim Dölen graduated in electrical and electronics engineering from Boğaziçi University in 1990. Having completed his Master’s degree in business administration at Istanbul University in 1992, Dölen served as Deputy General Manager at Horoz Logistics and Director of Turkey at W.L. Goretex USA. Married with one child, İbrahim Dölen can speak English.
Born in 1975, Serdar Erçal graduated in mechanical engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 1997. Erçal graduated from Sabancı University in 2002 with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and worked as Regional Manager in Horoz Logistics between 2002-2003. Erçal has worked at Borusan Lojistik since 2003, serving as Project Sales Manager, Istanbul Asian Side Manager and North Area Group Manager. Serdal Erçal has one child and can speak English.
