This is the standard which outlines the rules governing land transportation of flammable, explosive and chemical substances. With its membership in the ADR convention, the relevant law was enacted by the Grand National Assembly on November 30, 2005. The law entered into force on January 1, 2009.

ADVICE OF SHIPMENT/LOADING OFFER -

The document proving that a vehicle commissioned by the Cargo Shipment Office made a contract with the office workers, evidencing the commission they gave and that it came to the company it was commissioned by to perform the loading.

AUTHORIZATION CERTIFICATE -

A document issued by the Ministry to real and legal persons allowing them to operate in transport activities under the highway transport regulation.
