  • BLOT (diving club, skiing, and trekking events): Every year, we organize outdoor activities which encourage the development of a team spirit. Our employees get the chance to join annual diving activities in September and ski trips in March. We provide training for employees who want to learn how to dive throughout the year.
  • Club on the Street (theater, concerts): Each month we organize trips to the theater and concerts and attend them with our families or friends under “Club on the Street”.
  • New Year’s Party: All the employees of Borusan Group come together at the annual New Year’s Party.
  • Casual Dress Code: At Borusan Lojistik we dress casually in accordance with the requirements of a business environment.
  • Free Today: Every Friday we swap tables with colleagues, observing other departments and understanding the nature of their work.
  • Social Responsibility: The social responsibility platform “Ocean Volunteers” where Borusan Group companies work together and the “Value of Life” social responsibility group formed by Borusan Lojistik continue their social responsibility projects in different fields. All employees participate in the platforms on a voluntary basis.
  • Something Related to the Family – April 23: Borusan Lojistik employees celebrate their special days together with their families. When April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day falls on a weekday, we get together with our families and children to celebrate. We also organize annual picnic outings.

  • Employee Suggestion System: Our suggestion system, which launched with the slogan “I suggest, therefore I manage” has been established with a structure in which our employees can voice their suggestions on any matter. We reward the best ones that come to us.
  • Breakfast with the Assistant General Managers: We come together during “Breakfast with the Assistant General Managers” events to listen to the employees’ views and suggestions and exchange views on different topics. We include all our employees in the event.
  • The Borusans Platform: We put together groups, post stuff and organize club activities on “The Borusans” social media platform used across Borusan Group companies.
  • Bizce + : The Bizce + magazine, which plays a key role in internal communication at Borusan Lojistik, is published at certain periods during the year. We follow up on company and employee news.
  • Sharing responsibility for the environment: Borusan Lojistik fulfills its responsibilities toward nature! Within the scope of our “7 Tree Forests” project conducted together with ÇEKÜL Foundation with the target of planting 1 million trees by 2018, we plant seven trees for each employee, one tree on every birthday, birth of a child, and marriage, one tree for every 10 land transportation runs, and one tree for every 10 containers handled.
  • At Borusan Lojistik we celebrate the special moments in our employees’ lives, giving presents on the occasion of births and marriages.

  • Performance Bonus: We will reward you with a performance premium at the end of the year if the company goals and the individual targets have been achieved.

  • Employees who complete their 20 years, 10 years, and 5 years at the company are rewarded at the Seniority Awards Ceremony.

Students - Internships

Borusan Lojistik offers more than 100 internships every year.

  • Long-Term Interns:

    University students are contracted for six months in departments related to their course. In addition to their own duties and responsibilities, they actively participate in projects. Long-term interns who are university students also participate in basic training and take part in Borusan Lojistik’s volunteer projects.

    High school students can do internships with us in departments related to the classes they are taking under Law No. 3308.

  • Short-Term Interns:

    Short-term internship programs at Borusan Lojistik take place during the summer. Students from schools where internships are a compulsory requirement are prioritized when selecting interns for the company.

  • Benefits of our internship program:

    We offer paid internship roles. All trainees benefit from company restaurants and company shuttle services. Long-term interns participate in basic training and actively take part in social responsibility projects.

New Graduates - New Generation Talent - Career Days

  • New Generation Talent:

    Every year at Borusan Group we employ new graduates that are creative, innovative, ambitious and enthusiastic and who will go on to be the executives of the future through our “New Generation Talent” program.

  • Career Days:

    Borusan Lojistik Human Resources and senior management attend career days at targeted universities and answer questions about company after giving a presentation. At the events, we provide information on career and internship opportunities, and the training program at Borusan Lojistik.

We announce our vacant positions within the company firstly, and evaluate the applications received from our employees. We also evaluate the applications made through career websites and fill the vacant positions with candidates who have the required qualifications.

In our recruitment process, we assess the core competencies of orientation towards success, consistent behavior, forward planning and functional competencies both in terms of compliance with corporate culture and the requirements of the role.

Candidates will have at least two interviews with Human Resources and the relevant managers.

  • Recruit My Friend

    The Recruit My Friend App allows employees to see vacant positions in Borusan Group and suggest friends who they think would suit the role. If someone recommended by our employee is recruited and stays at the company for over six months, that employee will benefit from the employee reward system.
